Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LazyUGC ("LazyUGC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LazyUGC.

These Terms apply to LazyUGC services accessed through any LazyUGC-owned domain or subdomain. If you use or access LazyUGC on any such domain or subdomain, you are accepting these Terms, and it is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before continuing to use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LazyUGC. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your Google account and any device, browser, or session used to access LazyUGC. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits

Paid features may require an active subscription, credit balance, or other paid entitlement processed through Dodo Payments. Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Credits are used to reserve and consume generation work. Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value instrument, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where we decide to correct a genuine billing error.

We may change plans, prices, credit grants, credit costs, feature access, or billing mechanics at any time. If required by law or payment-provider rules, changes will apply after appropriate notice or at the next billing cycle.

4. User Content and Rights

You may upload, import, submit, generate, store, and use product images, actor images, supplemental media, URLs, prompts, scripts, project data, generated images, and generated videos ("User Content"). You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant LazyUGC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transform, transmit, display, and use User Content as needed to provide, secure, moderate, support, improve, and operate the service.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for the content you upload, import, reference, or ask us to generate. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, platform, advertising, consumer-protection, or other applicable rights and laws.

5. AI Output and Commercial Use

LazyUGC uses third-party AI systems and automated workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, similar to other outputs, unsuitable for your intended use, or unavailable due to provider limitations. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, protectable, non-infringing, compliant with ad platform rules, commercially effective, or fit for a specific purpose.

You may use generated outputs for commercial purposes only if you have independently confirmed that your inputs, prompts, references, products, claims, people, likenesses, trademarks, music, footage, and final outputs are lawful and properly licensed for that use.

6. Moderation and Rejection

We may scan, classify, reject, block, remove, or restrict content, uploads, prompts, templates, product imports, actor references, and generation requests to enforce safety, legal, provider, or platform rules. Moderation systems can produce false positives or false negatives. We may refuse or remove content at our discretion and are not required to provide a detailed explanation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use LazyUGC to:

• Break any law, regulation, contract, or platform policy.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, image, or likeness rights.
• Generate sexual, pornographic, exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, violent, extremist, or otherwise harmful content.
• Create or distribute content involving minors in unsafe, exploitative, sexualized, deceptive, or harmful contexts.
• Impersonate real people, public figures, private individuals, or brands without proper rights and consent.
• Make false product, medical, financial, political, legal, or advertising claims.
• Scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, abuse credits, resell access, or interfere with the service.

8. Service Availability and Providers

LazyUGC depends on third-party providers for authentication, billing, hosting, storage, URL import, moderation, and AI generation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful generation, provider uptime, specific models, fixed processing times, or continued availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

LazyUGC, including its software, design, workflows, templates, branding, documentation, and platform content excluding your User Content, is owned by LazyUGC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, failed to pay, or used LazyUGC in a way that may harm us, users, providers, or third parties. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, or output quality.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyUGC and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, content claims, platform bans, ad rejection, or failed campaigns arising from or related to your use of the service.

13. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms by changing this page and its "Last updated" date. Your continued use of LazyUGC after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
