LazyUGC ("LazyUGC," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered product ad creation tools, including Marketing Studio, product image and URL import flows, actor and product libraries, prompt-based generation, and generated image and video outputs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access our websites, apps, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to LazyUGC services accessed through any LazyUGC-owned domain or subdomain. By using or accessing LazyUGC on any such domain or subdomain, you acknowledge that this policy applies, and it is your responsibility to review the current version of this policy before continuing to use the service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Account data, including your name, email address, profile image, user ID, authentication status, and account settings.
• Google sign-in data, including your Google account email, name, and profile image. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Billing data needed to process plans, subscriptions, credit grants, customer portal access, payment events, refunds, and billing support. Payment details are handled by Dodo Payments or its payment infrastructure, and we do not intentionally store full card numbers.
• Product and actor materials you upload or import, including product images, actor images, supplemental Marketing Studio media, product names, descriptions, URLs, scraped product text, and related metadata.
• Prompt and generation data, including creator directions, scene details, templates, image prompts, video prompts, generated scripts, provider settings, moderation results, generated images, generated videos, and project status.
• Usage and device data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, viewed pages, app interactions, error states, logs, and approximate location derived from network information.
• Support communications, feedback, billing-error reports, and other information you send to us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, secure, and manage your account.
• Process subscriptions, credits, billing events, and support.
• Upload, import, moderate, generate, store, display, and deliver the content and outputs you request.
• Reserve, consume, release, reconcile, and audit generation credits.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, unsafe content, security incidents, and policy violations.
• Improve our generation workflows, product experience, reliability, customer support, and business operations.
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights.

4. AI Processing, Moderation, and Providers

LazyUGC uses third-party service providers for authentication, billing, cloud hosting, storage, URL import, AI model processing, moderation, analytics, infrastructure, and customer support. Your uploaded media, imported product data, prompts, generated intermediate assets, and final outputs may be sent to these providers when needed to provide the service, enforce safety rules, troubleshoot failures, or complete generation. We require service providers to process information only for permitted operational purposes.

5. Storage and Retention

Uploaded, URL-fetched, and generated media may be stored using cloud storage such as R2-backed object storage and linked to account, product, actor, project, billing, and moderation records. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information within 30 days where reasonably possible, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, billing, abuse-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure sessions, remember preferences, measure usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some account, billing, and generation features may not work correctly without them.

7. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

• To service providers working on our behalf.
• To comply with law, legal process, lawful requests, or regulatory obligations.
• To protect LazyUGC, users, third parties, property, safety, security, and rights.
