Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
All sales are final. LazyUGC does not provide refunds for subscription payments, credit purchases, unused credits, unused subscription time, generated content, rejected content, failed campaigns, dissatisfaction with AI output, or temporary service interruptions, except where we decide to correct a genuine billing error at our sole discretion.
This Refund Policy applies to LazyUGC services accessed through any LazyUGC-owned domain or subdomain. If you use or access LazyUGC on any such domain or subdomain, you are accepting this policy, and it is your responsibility to review the current version of this policy before continuing to use the service.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are billed in advance through Dodo Payments. You may cancel your subscription through your account or billing portal where available, or by contacting support. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period, and you may continue to access paid benefits until the end of your current paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms violation. We do not provide full or partial refunds for the current billing period.
3. Credits
Credits are a limited service entitlement used to request generation and related processing. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. Credit grants, credit expiration, rollover behavior, and credit consumption are governed by the applicable plan, billing provider state, and LazyUGC service rules.
4. AI Generation and Output Quality
AI-generated outputs can be variable, subjective, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular advertising or creative purpose. We do not provide refunds because an output does not match your expectations, is not accepted by an ad platform, requires iteration, resembles other generated content, or is not commercially successful.
5. Moderation, Rejections, and Failed Attempts
LazyUGC may reject uploads, prompts, URL-imported content, product materials, actor references, supplemental media, or generation requests for safety, legal, provider, or policy reasons. Rejected or blocked content does not create a refund right. If a provider or workflow failure occurs and LazyUGC releases credits according to its internal credit logic, that credit release is the exclusive remedy for the failed generation attempt.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, duplicated, or charged the wrong amount, contact support@lazyugc.com as soon as possible. We will investigate genuine billing errors and may, at our sole discretion, correct the issue through account credits, billing-provider adjustment, or charge reversal. This billing-error process does not create a general refund right.
7. Service Availability
Temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party provider outages, generation delays, queue delays, storage issues, billing-provider issues, model unavailability, or feature changes do not qualify for refunds. The service is provided as available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
